Whilst Minecraft for the PlayStation 4 has been available as a digital download from the PlayStation Network since the beginning of this month, many players who have hoped for a retail version of the game have had to hold their breath for a physical release.
Luckily enough, Mojang has now announced that the physical retail version of Minecraft PS4 is on the way, and players will be able to pick it up from in-store starting from some time in October this year. In Sony's official press release related to the matter, Sony announced that,
"As many of you will already know, Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition has been available from PlayStation Store since the beginning of the month. Following the successful digital launch, we are pleased to announce that the retail disc version will be available from 3rd October."
Sony followed on this topic by mentioning the upcoming PS Vita version of Minecraft, and their plans for cross-buy support for the game,

Respawn Entertainment have now revealed all three maps for their upcoming third and final Titanfall DLC, IMC Rising, and by the sounds of it, season pass holders of the game are in for quite a treat.
The first map in the new IMC Rising DLC has been named Sand Trap, which features a network of trenches that are connected within a desert environment.
Map creator Chris Dionne mentioned that, "One of my main goals with Sand Trap was to use old ideas in new ways. In the center is a buried bunker inspired by the buried architecture in Fracture; this lets Titans stomp around above while pilots scurry below. Across the map are deep trenches that create a well-run highway for pilots; inspired by wall running in Rise they give quick and (relatively) safe routes across the map."
The second map for IMC Rising is a map focused on various levels of elevation and has been named Blackwater - this will be a map for those looking for some great 360 degrees jetpack-parkour combat.

We've already talked a little bit about the new upcoming features of Grand Theft Auto V for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but new rumors suggest that there may be even more features planned for the game that Rockstar are yet to reveal.
One such rumor makes the proposal that Rockstar may have been working on a first person mode for Grand Theft Auto 5, and it may make it's way into the game for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release.
Whilst there's no way to confidently confirm or deny these rumors, the source comes from a Rockstar blog reader who supposedly found a 'cached' version of the new gen announcement blog within the Rockstar website's code.
On the cached version of the website, the first person mode was described as 'A brand new first person mode for vehicles that shows the interior of the vehicle, including working speedometers, tachometers, dash lights, and more.'
The cached blog post also went on to describe a new first person mode whilst on foot

As it turns out, players will be able to obtain a cute puppy companion in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain which will follow the player around throughout the game.
It has already been revealed that Hideo Kojima's new AI companion system will allow players to pick allies of Snake to join him on missions throughout Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but a new a gameplay video from Tokyo Game Show reveals a new companion that I think a lot of players are going to learn to love.
The companion, which has been named the Diamond Dog, is a wolf companion that can be found in-game as a puppy. The game event at the Tokyo Game Show captured the relationship between Snake and the wolf as it grows, and I must admit, it is certainly filled with a lot of 'Aww' moments.
The Diamond Dog even manages to receive his own eye patch later in the story, too. It must be noted that playing alongside the Diamond Dog, or any other AI companion character is completely optional, and players

At Tokyo Game Show this month, Square Enix revealed a gameplay trailer for their upcoming Final Fantasy title, FF XV.
Whilst the developers have been working on the latest Final Fantasy game since May 2006, it has been a while since we've heard much about being able to finally get our hands on Final Fantasy XV. However, the new gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy XV at the Tokyo Game Show revealed that players would be able to get access to a full one hour gameplay demo of the game.
Redemption codes for the game demo of Final Fantasy XV will be provided inside copies of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, and players will be able to redeem their game demo codes in March next year.
Whilst the main story will give players up to one hour of gameplay, Square Enix mentioned that the demo also comes with around 3 hours of other gameplay if the game demo is fully explored and each dungeon is visited.
The game demo will mainly focus on battling within the game, not giving player's

Game release delays happen quite often, but it's rare that we see a DLC pushed backed further than it's planned release date, but this is happened with the latest Dark Souls 2 DLC, Crown of the Ivory King.
Crown of the Ivory King is set to be the third DLC pack for Dark Souls 2, and has been revealed to take players on a journey through a frozen, abandoned territory that has blinding snowstorms and freezing temperatures to keep players on their feet. Coast of the Ivory King will also come with a wide range of ice themed monsters as well.
The Crown of the Ivory King DLC pack for Dark Souls 2 was originally planned for release on September 24th, but without much notice, Bandai Namco have announced that they have pushed back the release of the DLC to September 30th for Steam and Xbox Live, and October 1st for the PlayStation Network.
No explanation was given as to why the DLC was pushed back, but it seems logical to assume that the developers have not had enough time to

Respawn Entertainment, the developers behind Titanfall, have just announced details for their third and final DLC pack for their recently released FPS. The new DLC pack will include three new maps that explore unseen places of the Titanfall universe.
The next DLC pack for Titanfall has been called IMC Rising, so it's likely that the maps will focus on IMC created facilities and locations, as opposed to the previous map packs, Frontier's Edge and Expedition, which focused on scenic areas and Militia mining areas.
On Frontier's Edge, players were given Dig Site, one of the smallest maps in the game, Export, an interesting map that comes with a "black market" feature that allows players to buy and sell burn cards with in-game currency, and finally Haven, an open map perfect for objective based games.
Expedition came with Swampland, a map focusing on an alien world's scenery, War Games, a map that took another look at Titanfall's pilot training simulator, and Runoff, a

The next game in the Batman Arkham series has finally been given the release date treatment by Rocksteady games and we can now confidently say that Batman: Arkham Knight will be releasing next year on June 2015 for current gen consoles.
Whilst the main version of Batman Arkham Knight can be pre-ordered for $59.99 from various retailers, gamers who are big fans of the series may want to take a look at ordering either of the two limited edition versions of the game instead.
The standard limited edition will cost $99.99 and will come with an 80 page artbook, issue zero of the Batman: Arkham Knight comic book, three in-game New 52 character skins, a detailed Batman statue and a Steelbook case.
The limited edition sounds pretty impressive as it is, but this is just the start. For huge fans out there, there is the Batmobile edition. The Batmobile edition will come with all of the above, however the Batman statue will be replaced with a transforming Batmobile statue created

The Forza franchise has now been out for so long that Turn 10 have managed to amass a rather large collection of cars that they have been able to move into each game quite easily. This year, Forza Horizon 2 is set for launch, and Turn 10 have just revealed details on the amount of cars we can expect from the game, as well as any rewards players can receive from the monthly loyalty program.
Whilst Turn 10's previous game, Forza Motorsport 5, was filled with microtransactions that allow players to purchase new cars, Forza Horizon 2 has much less of that, and instead has a much larger free collection of cars. In total, players will be given access to a huge range of 210 free vehicles in Forza Horizon 2, and it's expected that future DLC will add even more cars to the game.
On top of this, Turn 10 revealed the Forza loyalty program that will reward loyal players with monthly awards. Don't worry, you won't have to spend any money to be a part of the Forza loyalty program. Instead,
