Considering it is now so close to the release date of Advanced Warfare, it's expected that the internet is going to be filled with all sorts of leaked content from early release copies and other sources.
Fortunately for us, a lot of information about Advanced Warfare has been released over the last couple of weeks, and Sledgehammer Games are not happy about it. It's all good news for us though.
Whilst we don't have any footage to share with you today, we do have a bit of info to share about Advanced Warfare. For example, 13 maps for the game have been revealed, and we have the names for these maps below.
- Ascend
- Bio Lab
- Comeback
- Defender
- Detroit
- Greenland
- Horizon
- Instinct
- Recovery
- Retreat
- Riot
- Solar
- TerraceThere is also a section for bonus maps, which is currently empty. This is most likely a spot reserved for future DLC maps. I think 13 maps at launch is a nice

Good news to those that are obsessed about frame rates and resolution - Grand Theft Auto V should be able to run at 1080P on the PlayStation 4. Whilst the news doesn't come from Rockstar themselves, this information comes from Official PlayStation Magazine, so the information shared is most likely to be true.
Within the GTA V PS4 section in the magazine, it reads, "Glimmering 1080P presentation, fresh wild-life, 100 new songs, a bumper version of GTA Online, this is a sandbox you've dreamt about ever since you slotted Sony's angular baby under your TV."
We've already heard about the new songs being added to the radios in GTA V for next gen, and the fresh wildlife has also been mentioned by Rockstar.
We've come to expect a more improved version of GTA Online too, so the 1080P rumors within the Official PlayStation Magazine probably will turn out to be real information.
Whilst this magazine focuses on the PlayStation 4 version of GTA V, it is likely that the Xbox

Although we know we can expect some new story missions for Destiny in future DLC packs, what else can we expect? So far, nobody really knows, but a new rumor suggests that the game may receive new subclasses in future DLC, along with other interesting content.
The most interesting part of the rumors involves three new subclasses, one for each class. Below, we have provided information about each of the three new subclasses.
Titan - Crusader
Super: "Purge" You shoot this giant horizontal column of light directly in front of you. Upgrades can thicken the cylinder (default is size of Guardian, upgrade is about 200% increase), have the column shoot through walls, or shoot a second column behind you as well.
Grenades:
- 1 Throws 3 small fire grenades at once. Think like a very small version of the Warlock Void special.
- 2 Drops grenade behind guardian. Designed for escape tactics when being chased.
- 3 Self planted grenade. Button activates grenade -

Back in the golden days of Halo Combat Evolved, the pistol was the gun to use. Yes, snipers and rocket launchers were fought for, but the overwhelming power of the pistol made it a force to be reckoned with at all times.
A new gameplay trailer showing off the Master Chief Collection in full 1080P had a selection of Combat Evolved multiplayer, and we couldn't help but notice just how over-powered the pistol seemed to be in the gameplay shown.
When compared to pistols of many modern shooters to today, the magnum in Halo CE was just undeniably amazing, and we're happy to see that 343 haven’t made any changes to it on the Combat Evolved portion of the Halo Master Chief Collection multiplayer.
Another interesting thing to take from the latest trailer is that there are now achievements in all games - gameplay clearly shows players earning achievements whilst playing on CE maps, which suggests that the game has had a slight overhaul, and I must say, it looks oh-so satisfying

It's always great to hear about new records within the gaming industry, and today I have some news to share about Sony and their recent new PSN record. This week, Sony revealed that September 2014 had shown to be the biggest month for the PlayStation Network ever since it's debut on the PlayStation 3.
One of the biggest drivers of the success for the new PSN record was of course Destiny, a new game that has managed to stay on the top selling charts for a considerably long time. Firstly, Destiny has already sold PlayStation Network sales records for many different categories by itself, including most pre-orders, best week one sales and best day one sales.
When you factor in the huge hype for Destiny and the growing player base on the PlayStation 4, you end up with over 125 million hours worth of gameplay in just one month - this is exactly what happened in September 2014, and it is what made the PlayStation Network look very impressive this half.
Sony managed to increase

Far Cry 4 is getting a pretty spectacular special edition release, and Ubisoft were so proud of it that they have recently released a brand new trailer showing off the limited edition copy of the game.
The Far Cry 4 "Kyrat" Edition will be reserved for a limited number of people after launch, encouraging players to pre-order it now, and the latest video from Ubisoft shows off what the special edition of the game has to offer.
The Far Cry 4 Kyrat edition will come with a range of digital and physical bonuses. As far as digital content is concerned, players who purchase the Kyrat edition will be given three extra missions, each of which have been revealed to be around 20 minutes long, and an exclusive weapon.
The physical elements of the Far Cry 4 Kyrat edition includes a 20cm figurine of the main antagonist of the game, Pagan Min, as well as a travel journal, a map of the game world, a Pagan Min propaganda poster and a collector's edition box for the game.

Whilst DriveClub has finally released this month, the other upcoming racing sim we've all been waiting for has had yet another delay, pushing it back past the holiday season and on to next year.
The game I'm talking about is of course Project Cars, and the developers have recently confirmed that after talks they have decided to push back the game, but the reason for the delay may not be what you may have expected.
Considering that Project Cars was set for a release in November, it's understandable to think that Bandai Namco may have wanted to push it back a month or two, simply because there are just so many other games planned for release next month. (Call of Duty, Halo, GTA V, to name a few..)
However, Bandai have taken the plunge to release the game next year instead, and their reason behind this involves both wanting to stay away from the huge competition in November, and to have more time to fine tune the title.
"Our goal has always been to deliver a landmark

DriveClub was under development for much longer than planned, but despite this, the launch was plagued with a variety of issues, mainly relating to the network performance, giving some players no chance of even downloading and playing the game.
Luckily, Evolution Studios have been working round the clock to ensure that the server performance is at it's best as quickly as possible.
There are still some server performance issues at the time of writing, but most of the launch lag has dissipated. Evolution Studios have managed to do a pretty good job at keeping things under control, especially considering the game debuted as a free title for PSN players, which probably drove the download count to thousands more than Evolution Studios initially anticipated.
Launch server issues are certainly not new, and even developers like Rockstar and Infinity Ward often have server performance problems on the new launch of a game, typically because the huge influx of players simply causes

Evolve, the upcoming 4v1 alien shooter title for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One has recently been confirmed to be holding a set of "big alpha" events over the days leading up to Halloween.
The alpha phase will start at the end of this month, and Xbox One players will be able to get into game on the 30th of October, 24 hours before both PlayStation 4 players and PC players.
Players who own a pre-order of Evolve will be given instant access to the big alpha phase on either October 30th or October 31st depending on the platform that player owns, however there will be chances for those that have signed up to the alpha to get access to it regardless of whether they purchased the game or not.
It would make sense that the amount of alpha slots for those who have not pre-ordered is limited, however we do not know how limited the slots will be at this time.
Once the alpha phase for Evolve starts, it will continue over the Halloween weekend and into November, before ending

To celebrate the release of Destiny, most of Europe and the UK received a brand new PS4 bundle that included a copy of Destiny and a white PlayStation 4, along with a DualShock 4 controller.
Now that the release of Destiny has long since gone, the white PS4 bundles have slowly died out, but Sony have seen demand for the product and have decided to make plans to release the white variant of the console as a standalone device.
Shuhei Yoshida has revealed that the white PlayStation 4 will be released as a standalone product very soon, but unfortunately the console will be limited to Europe for now. As with the Destiny bundle, Yoshida failed to mention anything about a North American release for the white version.
The white standalone PlayStation 4 will cost £350, which is slightly more than the current £329 street price of the PS4. Of course, if you're in the US and you really want a white PS4, you might have to pay considerably more to get it shipped over here.
