The free DLC patch Elden Ring's Colosseum adds a structured PvP system and various PvP balance adjustments to spells, weapon arts, and weaponry. The Colosseum DLC is a much-needed upgrade to a game with such a wide range of playstyles since it allows for up to six players in a match, offers considerable freedom in fighting format, and compares rankings using the new arena ranking system.
Getting the Colosseum DLC
Any Colosseum in Elden Ring can be entered by simply approaching it and pushing open the imposing gates. Then, before starting a match, set up parameters by interacting with the sizable Marika statue. Once you've done it, you can rapidly enter any Colosseum using the Marika Effigy to access the Roundtable Hold. It's significant to remember that Elden Ring contains three distinct Colosseums. Each is situated in a unique region and provides several PVP game styles. Therefore, you must first locate the Colosseum that offers the PVP option you're interested in.

A brand new patch has hit Dark Souls 3 that adds a number of new PVP features and increases the frame rate for PS4 Pro owners.
The frame rate increase for PS4 Pro owners will be automatically activated, so players will not need to do anything to make use of their PS4 Pro console. As for the time being, there aren't any additional graphics settings for PS4 Pro owners.
The new 1.11 patch adds PvP arenas for the game's Undead Match modes. The new PvP arenas are called Dragon Ruins and Grand Roof. The new patch has also made it possible for friends to stick together on the same team. Previously, players could join games with their friends in, but players were assigned to teams randomly.
It should be noted that the new Dragon Ruins and Grand Roof PvP maps are exclusive for those who own the Ashes of Ariandel DLC pack or The Ringed City DLC pack, the latter of which will officially launch on March 28.
The new Dark Souls 3 patch has also made a number of smaller gameplay

A big update for Xbox One is on its way and it's going to add a few new features to the current user experience.
One of the biggest features will appeal to esports fans and competitive players on the Xbox platform. ESL has partnered with Xbox to create the Arena. The Arena will be a brand new way for competitive players and teams to find upcoming tournaments and esports events to attend.
With the built-in Arena tools, teams will be able to sign up for tournaments, take part, and see match fixtures live from within the Arena app. To begin with, Arena will be hosting a number of ESL-backed World of Tanks tournaments. Arena is expected to include tournaments for more games in the future as well.
Another milestone feature included in the next Xbox One update will be custom Gamertag pictures. Ever since the early days of the Xbox 360, Gamertags pictures have been limited to those that have been unlocked from playing games or those purchased through the Xbox Games Store.

You can blame EA for this one. Mass Effect Andromeda will be receiving microtransactions.
The microtransactions in Mass Effect Andromeda will be included alongside the base price of the game and the season pass for the future DLC content. The microtransactions available will allow users to purchase 'Andromeda points' which is currently understood to be a currency that will be used in the multiplayer portion of Mass Effect Andromeda.
The description online retailers have been using for the Andromeda points packs is shown below.
"Andromeda Points are an in-game currency for the Mass Effect: Andromeda Multiplayer mode only. These points can be purchased with real world currency and can be used instead of the earned in-game currency to obtain new Multiplayer packs, which contain items used in the Multiplayer mode."
Unfortunately, we do not know what the multiplayer packs will include, or whether these packs will provide users with benefits or buffs. Hopefully, EA

The radar has been an iconic part of the franchise ever since the Halo: Combat Evolved days. Over the years, the radar has had a number of changes but it has mostly remained the same.
The trouble with this is that much of the rest of the Halo gameplay experience has evolved. The radar is now a little outdated and it certainly needs some more love to fit better with the gameplay available in Halo 5: Guardians.
343 Industries has finally started working on changes to the radar, and the new tweaks will soon be ready to test in an upcoming multiplayer playlist.
An official update post on Halo Waypoint mentioned, 'Nearly 16 months of player feedback and game data has driven some interesting internal explorations to alter the way the Motion Sensor functions in Halo 5. On Thursday, March 9, we will kick off a public test of this new Motion Sensor to gather player feedback and metrics to help determine if this has a potential place in Halo 5 going forward, as well as potential

After what seemed like an endless wait, the next Overwatch character has finally been announced. The next Overwatch character to make it into the roster is named Orisa, and she is already playable in the public test realm.
It may be some time before Orisa gets pushed to live servers and to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but we still have all of the information we could possibly need about Orisa from the public test realm.
Orisa has been nicknamed the "Mechanical Peacekeeper" and unexpectedly she has a very robotic appearance. Orisa is a straight out tank, and once again her appearance really shows it. She's big - Orisa is essentially a robotic centaur with a gattling gun.
Her main abilities allow Orisa to provide barriers and shield to her team, which gives teammates the option to tank it out themselves for a little longer in fights. Her ultimate is called Supercharger and this is the only offensive ability she has in her arsenal. With Supercharger, Orisa boosts the

Because of the popularity surrounding the Nintendo Switch, getting hold of a console on launch day may prove to be a little difficult. Currently, most Nintendo Switch consoles are being picked up via pre-orders, so if you're interested in picking up the console too, it's advisable to do this as well.
Alternatively, if you're planning to pick up a Nintendo Switch on launch day, you may be better off heading to the midnight launch. GameStop merchandising director Bub Puzon has mentioned that "We will have a limited supply of the Nintendo Switch systems on launch day for walk-in customers. Our teams made this happen. I would strongly suggest customers plan on attending one of our midnight launch events for a shot at securing one of these extra units. They will go fast!"
As you can imagine, this ethos is likely to be replicated with most other retailers and online stores.
The Nintendo Switch is set to release on March 3 - so far there is a total of 39 different games that

Just after the Dark Souls 3 network test, From Software had some more news to share. The news was posted to the PlayStation blog, where it was revealed that the development studio will be working with Sony to release a game of the year edition of Bloodborne.
The new game of the year edition will be available both in-store and online from November 27. If you haven't yet had the chance to play Bloodborne, the new game of the year edition will give you a good chance to check it out. The DLC expansion for Bloodborne is called The Old Hunters and it includes a huge amount of new content to the game. The upcoming Bloodborne expansion that everybody has been talking about for so long has finally been unveiled and there's plenty of information about it to go along with the unveiling.
The unveiling took place at this year's Tokyo Game Show, where From Software announced the name of the expansion and what the expansion will include. From Software's Miyazaki also answered some questions about the expansion.
So, the new expansion has been named The Old Hunters, and it will be released this November for Bloodborne. The new expansion will feature three new areas, a bunch of new weapons and a new boss fight. Interestingly, one of the new weapons is the Bowblade, which will finally bring ranged combat into the world of Bloodborne.
You'll have to check out the trailer for The Old Hunters to see all of the other weapons which have been announced so far. None of the other weapons have had their names revealed yet, so it'll be exciting to learn more about them in the near future.

The next title within the series of great games released by From Software has now received a confirmed release date, and a lot of fans are getting quite excited.
In a PlayStation TGS press conference, From Software revealed that the successor to Demon's Souls will be released on February 5, 2015 in Japan. Along with a physical copy of the game, the first initial production will include an art book and soundtrack CD for each unit.
Whilst Bloodborne isn't a sequel to either Dark Souls or Demon Souls, the gameplay feels similar to the aforementioned titles, and could easily be within the same universe From Software have developed with both Demon Souls and Dark Souls.
Despite sounding just as cruel as both other games, Bloodborne won't be nearly as punishing, and dying will be as much of a worry as it has been in Dark Souls 2. There will certainly be areas players will find challenging, but the amount of perseverance needed to complete Bloodborne will be a lot less than
