Ubisoft is one of the biggest publishers out there, and they've been responsible for some of the most successful video games of this decade. Thanks to Ubisoft we've had Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, Assassins' Creed, and a whole lot more.

But today, it's Ubisoft that are saying thanks to their fans, and they're doing this by releasing a huge sale on Ubisoft titles available to download from the Xbox LIVE marketplace.

The discount sale has been planned for a while now, but after a fair amount of waiting, the winter Ubisoft sale has finally started on the Xbox 360.

Saints Row the Third

If you haven't played the third installment of the Saints Row series yet, or you didn't want to buy the extra downloadable content the first time round, this may be a great time for you.

The Full Package pretty much contains what it says on the tin. The new premier edition will include the three extra download content mission packs; Genkibowl VII, Gangstas in Space and 'The Trouble with Clones.' Borderlands 2 Custom Halloween Gear

To celebrate Halloween, Gearbox, developers of the Borderlands series, are giving out SHiFT codes for Borderlands 2 which will give players cool new Halloween skins and heads for each of the classes.

The special SHiFT codes are only usable for a limited time only, and will need to be entered in the extras menu from the title screen. All five classes have codes for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and the codes have an infinite use which means you can use them even if others have used them before you.

Trailer Leak for the New Medal of Honor Reveals Release Date

Thanks to a leak by a source on Joystiq, it seems that we have a release date for the sequel to the 2010 Medal of Honor title called Medal of Honor: Warfighter. And from what we are seeing, it could be one of the more sought after titles for the 2012 Holiday Season, especially with its release date near the beginning of the Holiday months (late October - December). Japan's Sales Charts Show That They Love Modern Warfare 3.

So according to some news from Joystiq, it seems that Japan really likes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on both consoles, they just like the PS3 version more. But that is expected if you have read my earlier blog posts about the relationship between the Xbox 360 and the land of the rising sun. Battlefield 3 Players Using the Engineer Glitch Are Likely to be Banned ASAP

Swedish developer DICE tweeted last weekend that it has banned hundreds of offending accounts for cheating in Battlefield 3.

DICE wants to make sure that gamers all play by the rules and level up by grinding and gaining experience. The players of the accounts in question were apparently caught using a technique called boosting (which you can read about here on a previously written Evil blog entry). So by the time you read this blog entry,Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is likely in your hands. It's in everyone's hands as well; including celebrities who are fans of the series. EA has responded to allegations from the German gaming community and the German newpaper,Der Spiegel that Origin (it's online service on which Battlefield 3 is exclusively available on) is spying on its consumers.
