If you're not sure if you'll be interested in the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport racing game for the PlayStation 4, you may want to give the free demo a try.
Sony has confirmed that PS4 owners will be able to give Gran Turismo Sport a test run for free from October 9 until October 12. This will essentially follow the same beta pre-release model many triple-A publishers have been following in recent years.
If you're a PS Plus member, you'll get more time than those without PS Plus. Firstly, PS Plus members will be given the option to preload the Gran Turismo Sport demo before its starting date on October 9. They'll also be able to get started on October 9 at 12 AM, while non-Plus members must wait until 6 PM.
The preload period for PS Plus members will start on October 7. Players who earn money or unlock cars in the Gran Turismo demo can also transfer their progress to the full release later in the month on October 17.
All car unlocks can be transferred to the full

Project Cars 2 is going to make its way to Xbox One, PS4, and PC on September 22. As the release has gotten closer, we have had the chance to learn more about the cars and tracks that'll be featured in the game.
It's now been confirmed that on launch day, Project Cars will have a total of 180 different cars and 60 different tracks. Every single one of the 180 cars has been built, tested, and perfected based on manufacturer's standards and through test driving by owners of each of the cars in the game.
This should mean that players will have the opportunity to drive 180 cars that will all authentically feel like their real life counterparts.
There's also plenty of variety when it comes to picking a vehicle you like in Project Cars 2. Plenty of manufacturers are featured, including big names like Honda, Ford, and McLaren.
Players will have the chance to drive classic cars, modern sports cars, cars designed for formula 1, and even go karts.

A brand new car and some new game modes have been added to GTA Online on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
The new car added to GTA Online is the Grotti Cheetah Classic. This new car costs $865,000 and can be purchased from the Legendary Motorsport website.
Initially, the car can come in red, pink, yellow, orange, green, blue, black, and white. Each color also has a corresponding racing stripe going down the middle.

The new Grotti Cheetah Classic wasn't the only feature added in the latest update. A brand new vehicle mode called Overtime Rumble has been added to the GTA Online servers.
In Overtime Rumble, players must take control of a Ruiner and fly through the air and land on different sized platforms. The game is a variation of the previously released GTA Online darts vehicle mode.
Finally, a number of limited time discounts have been

Codemasters has released a brand new trailer for their upcoming racing game, Dirt 4, and it already looks absolutely spectacular.
The trailer is only a minute long, but it does show off some good in-game footage from some off-road tracks, as well as some more traditional off-road racing spots. The game also features the song Instigators by Grace Potter - we feel like it's a fitting choice. It'll be one of the forty songs that will accompany Dirt 4's soundtrack upon the game's release.
Speaking of release, Dirt 4 has booked a North American release date of June 6th, 2017. The rest of the world will receive the game on June 9th. Dirt 4 will be available for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Dirt 4 will come with 50 off-road ready vehicles at launch, including the Ford Fiesta R5, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI, Subaru WRX STI NR4 and Audi Sport quattro S1 E2. The game will feature rally locations across Australia, Spain, Michigan, Sweden, and Wales. Players will have access to the

A brand new update for the new Need for Speed reboot has been released onto live servers. The new update has been dubbed 'Legends' and it's available on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The new update includes a wide variety of free content such as new cars, new music and new collectibles. The REP level has also been increased - players can now reach 70 REP instead of the previous 60 REP. Reaching each of the 10 REP levels after 60 REP will reward players with a new decal.
On top of the new decals, a number of new cars have been added as part of the Legends update and three new achievements/trophies have been added. Below the achievement names and criteria have been listed. The Xbox One achievements are the same as the PS4 trophies.
Zero to hero - Win a race while driving Eddie's car
Eddie is back - Win Eddie's progression
Hit the ceiling - Get to REP level 70
As you can guess from the achievement criteria above, Eddie has been added as a new Legend.

The backwards compatibility feature for the Xbox One has brought a lot of joy to many gamers around the world. A huge library of Xbox 360 games are already compatible with the new feature and more games are constantly being added to the compatibility list.
Some games unfortunately cannot be backwards compatible and in most cases this usually comes down to a developer's decision instead of a choice made by Microsoft.
Take Criterion's Burnout Revenge for example - This title was firstly released as an Xbox original game but it also received a release on the Xbox 360. Despite it being available on the 360, Criterion has spoken out stating that backwards compatibility support for this title was very unlikely.
When asked on Twitter about the possibility of Burnout Revenge's backwards compatibility support, Criterion Games simply stated that there were 'No plans for that right now.'
Whilst Burnout Revenge is being adapted for the Xbox One, Criterion has already confirmed

New plans have been announced for Driveclub, including plans for a new update for release in December
Currently, Driveclub Bikes is the latest content for Driveclub - this is a standalone DLC pack that contains bikes in the world of DriveClub. Unlike other DLC, DriveClub Bikes can be picked up and played without players owning the base DriveClub game.
Now for the new upcoming content. Firstly, the new update coming to Driveclub in December will add some new content to the game. It's likely that the December update will include a number of new features but as it currently stands we only know that the December patch will include tyre deformation for all cars. This should mean that cars in endurance races will become harder to control as the race goes on. This should definitely make pit stops a possible game mechanic.
Interestingly, the next update after the one in December is going to bring most fans more excitement and that is because 2016 will include updates that add

Driveclub has been available for a good few months now but despite this there have been a couple of long requested features that have not been in the game for all of that time. One of the most requested features for Driveclub was a private lobby system - with private lobbies, players are able to set up their own races between friends and invited players, instead of being forced to use the game's matchmaking system.
We have good news for you today - Evolution Studios has released a new update for Driveclub and it includes the long wanted private lobby system. Not only do private lobbies give you a better spot to play with or against your friends, but there are plenty of options to make races more customizable. On Evolution Studios' Facebook page, a post was written, explaining that the new private lobbies will allow players to pick between "a wide variety of customizable options and modifiers for things like grid position, penalties, vehicle collisions, drafting, gear changes, camera
