Limited Edition Halo 4

A few weeks back a Limited Edition Console Bundle for Halo 4 was seen on the official Microsoft Store website. As soon it was noticed it was put down again for reasons unknown. We guessed that sooner or later the console bundle will be officially announced but we are happy to say it was sooner than later.

343 Industries have confirmed the Limited Edition Console Bundle and this is what it will entail:

- Custom designed Xbox 360 Console featuring a blue led light
- Two custom designed controllers also containing blue led lights
- Standard copy of Halo 4
- A standard black Xbox 360 wired headset

The console will be the latest version of Xbox 360 with 320GB hard drive, built-in Wi-Fi and Xbox Live tokens for in-game content such as Xbox Live Avatar and other downloadable goodies. The console will also feature custom Halo 4 sound effects when a disc is ejected or when the console turns on.

The overall look of the console is very cool and both the console and the controllers are actually translucent. This nifty package is available currently available for pre-order and will be in stores on November 6th (during official launch of Halo 4) for a price of $399.99.

In addition to this bundle Microsoft has also designed a separate Halo 4 UNSC themed controller. This controller will also fashion the blue led light matching the Halo theme and will be available on October 21 for a price of $59.99. You will also get a downloadable T-shirt for your Xbox Live Avatar upon purchase.
