This footage was released on June 4th at Microsoft's E3 2012 Press Conference and places emphasis on the varied gameplay that will be available throughout the campaign mode.

With the inclusion of 2 new vehicle weapon systems and an sniper rifle that can shoot enemies through cover there is a lot more to do than simply running down a single path and taking out enemy forces.

Black Ops 2 puts the player in a continuing timeline from Black Ops 1, but also jumps into the future allowing the developers to make interesting gameplay elements with brand new future weapons. It will be interesting to see how those future weapons will play out in competitive setting like classic Free For All over Xbox Live. A weapon that can shoot through cover could definitely become over powered.
